Abstract

Allah Almighty has bestowed humanity with divine guidance throughout their history in the shape of sacred Prophets. This golden chain of Messengers started from Adam (A.S) and lasted on the finality of the Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W). Prophet (S.A.W) is regarded as the ultimate savior of mankind. His Prophecy transcended the barriers of time and space. He (S.A.W) is acknowledged as a universal figure and thus his Prophethood is also considered universal. The stature and influence of the prophecy of the Prophet (S.A.W) is gigantic, which has shaped the whole human history and still having an impact on this rapidly growing and developing global state. As in this developing and progressing today’s global environment the core theme of every human activity is to become successful and remain content. In this regard the value of spiritual beings and notions are very crucial, the founder or initiator of the religions have the pivotal and authoritative role to play. In this article I’ll take the analytical view of the scholarly literature and opinions about the universality of the Prophet S.A.W. it is going to be an analytical study based on the authentic sources available of Islamic history and modern academia and literature.
